GHN Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer 1/23/2006 Dallas, TX – GHN-Online, a national leader in online and real-time claims processing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, announced today that Robert Rough has joined GHN’s executive team serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer. In his role, Mr. Rough is responsible for GHN’s strategic e-commerce systems and information technology, financial planning and management, and the oversight of all related activities. President and Chief Executive Officer, Azadeh Farahmand said, “Robert’s strong blend of expertise in managing high-growth companies’ financial and accounting needs, raising capital, and building organizational support systems and mechanisms to allow for rapid growth are invaluable strengths for executing GHN’s exciting growth plan.
