Randal Chapman is the Vice President of Systems Development for GHN-Online. In a career spanning 16 years, he has been the director of technology for two leading software development firms as well as president of his own consulting company. Randal was the enterprise architect for the United States Anti-Doping Agency's next-generation software, an application which set the standard internationally for anti-doping and has since been deployed in the UK and New Zealand.
